At Myst, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your fragrance, we offer a transparent 15-day exchange and refund policy.

The "15-Spray" Test Rule

Feel free to test the perfume 2–3 times to see how it suits you.

Condition: The perfume must not be used beyond 10-15 sprays.

(The bottle must be returned in its original, undamaged condition)

Exchange Policy

  • Free Delivery: We bear all shipping costs for exchange orders. You won't pay a penny for delivery.
  • 0 COD Charges: Your exchanged product will be delivered with zero extra fees.
  • Price Adjustment: Difference in price for a different model will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Policy

  • WhatsApp Notification: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you on WhatsApp.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds are sent directly to your provided bank account or wallet.
  • Quick Turnaround: The entire process is completed within 2–3 working days.

How to Initiate?

Follow these easy steps for a smooth process:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
  2. Send a clear picture of the bottle to verify usage level.
  3. Once our team approves, we will arrange the pickup/return details.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will fix it for you as a top priority.

Important Exceptions

We cannot accept exchange/refund requests if:

  • The request is made more than 15 days after delivery.
  • The perfume has been used more than the 15-spray limit.
  • The bottle or sprayer has been tampered with or damaged by the user.
  • The item is returned without our prior WhatsApp approval.
